Sale of a 1000 kW container-based heating unit for a bio-energy park

Back in the fall of 2010, the performance of the heating system at the Werner-von-Siemens school declined sharply and steadily in response to the failure of the failure of a few cells in the electric boiler plant, and the heat pump ceased being able to compensate for this at low ambient temperatures.

It was then feared that the 1800 school pupils as well as the many users of the sports building would soon be sitting in the cold. "Hotmobil presented us with a carefully conceived as well as cost-effective offer. We had already worked with this service provider successfully on a few occasions. We were therefore confident that we could obtain an optimum solution for the Werner-von-Siemens school", reported Michael Will from the Building Services Department of the Civic Engineering authorities in Frankfurt. The needs analysis compiled jointly with Hotmobil demonstrated that a capacity of 1000 kW would be suffi cient to cover ti mes of peak demand. Due to the fact that the school sports building and its washrooms also needed to be supplied, and that hot water was also required during the summer months, the mobile system had to remain connected up throughout the whole year. It remained there until the completely new design of heating plant had been commissioned and was up and running. During that entire period, this cost-effective interim solution worked without a hitch!
